How To Make Walleye and Corn Salsa Recipe
This dish features crispy walleye fillets served with a fresh and zesty corn salsa.

Ingredients
- 4 walleye fillets
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions

Pat dry the walleye fillets with paper towels. Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Coat the fillets lightly with the flour mixture.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. Cook the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy. Remove from heat and keep warm.

In a medium bowl, mix together corn kernels, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.

Serve the walleye fillets with the corn salsa.
