How To Make Parmesan Garlic Crash Hot Potatoes
These savory hot potatoes have an irresistible crunch all over, and fluffy and soft insides, then topped with parmesan and garlic, for a tastier side!

Ingredients
- 7large red potatoes,cut in half
- 6tbspolive oil,divided
- 4garlic cloves,minced
- ¾cupparmesan cheese
- kosher salt and black pepper,to taste
- parsley,chopped, for garnish, optional
Instructions

Heat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Drizzle the sheet pan generously with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Place the potatoes cut side down on sheet pan.

Roast for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the cut sides are golden brown. Flip the potatoes over so the skin side is down.

Using a potato masher, press down each potato until smashed but not completely flattened. Brush the tops of the mashed potatoes with the remaining olive oil.

In a small bowl, mix the garlic and Parmesan cheese, then add them to the top of the potatoes. Add kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste.

Bake for about 20 minutes.

Garnish with chopped parsley or additional Parmesan cheese, serve warm, and enjoy!
