- 15.5ozwhite hominy,(1 can) drained, rinsed
- 1tbspgarlic powder
- 1tbspchili powder
- 1tbspvegetable oil

Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a sheet of aluminum foil.

Pat the rinsed hominy dry with paper towels and place into a mixing bowl.
