  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ½ cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Add the warm water, olive oil, sugar, salt, bread flour, and yeast to the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

  2. Select the “dough” setting on the bread machine and let it do its work.

  3. Once the dough is ready, remove it from the machine and place it on a floured surface. Divide it into 4 equal portions.

  4. Roll out each portion into a thin crust shape.

  5. Preheat your oven to the highest temperature it can reach (usually around 500°F or 260°C).

  6. Place the rolled-out crusts onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  7. Add your desired toppings and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
