How To Make Thin-Crust Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.

Gradually add in the warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 475°F (240°C).
