How To Make Simple Spinach Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
 - 2 cups of fresh spinach
 - 1 cup of ricotta cheese
 - 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
 - 1 cup of marinara sauce
 - 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - 
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
 - 
In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
 - 
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
 - 
Place 3 cooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
 - 
Spoon half of the spinach and cheese mixture over the noodles, spreading it evenly.
 - 
Repeat layers with marinara sauce, noodles, and the remaining spinach and cheese mixture.
 - 
Finish with a layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top.
 - 
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
 - 
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
 - 
Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving.
