Ingredients

  • ½ lb linguine, dry
  • 1 ½ cup cream
  • ¾ cup Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp garlic, roasted, pureed
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until just tender.
  2. Drain and rinse.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Heat the cream in a skillet.
  5. Whisk in the cheese and garlic.
  6. Reduce slightly.
  7. Toss in the cooked pasta.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Serve warm.
