How To Make Pesto Pasta with Feta and Tomato

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 3/4 cup Pesto
  • 20 cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Kosher salt
  • black pepper freshly ground
  • Olive oil (as needed)
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
  2. Stir in penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dense.
  3. Drain the pasta and dump into a large serving bowl.
  4. Stir in pesto until the pasta is coated.
  5. Toss in cherry tomatoes and the crumbled feta.
  6. Season with salt and pepper then serve.
