
How To Make Pasta Siciliano
Just like its traditional counterpart, this pasta Siciliano comes with olives, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, and red pepper flakes for a truly authentic taste.

Ingredients
- 16ozfarfalle pasta,(1 package), uncooked
- ¼cupolive oil
- 3clovesgarlic,chopped
- 1tspred pepper flakes,crushed
- 2tbsplemon juice
- ½cuppine nuts
- 2¼ozblack olives,(1 can), sliced
- ½cupsun dried tomatoes,chopped
- 1cupfeta cheese,crumbled
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place farfalle pasta in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and cook the garlic until lightly browned.

Mix in red pepper and lemon juice. Stir in the pine nuts, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.

Toss in the cooked pasta and feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
