How To Make Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

A super simple side dish that comes together quickly, this parmesan roasted cauliflower can be your newest baked veggie obsession!

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
Total: 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 7cupscauliflower florets
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 1cupItalian breadcrumb
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • ½tspsalt
  • ½cupparmesan cheese,grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. In a bowl or Ziploc bag, add the cauliflower florets and olive oil and stir until fully combined. Add the garlic powder, salt, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan. Stir until fully coated.

  3. Spread the cauliflower on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake for about 20 minutes. Stir the cauliflower and bake for about 10 minutes more.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
