How To Make Oyster Mushroom Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz oyster mushrooms, sliced
 - 8 oz fettuccine pasta
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/2 cup vegetable broth
 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- 
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
 - 
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
 - 
Add the sliced oyster mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they soften and release their juices, about 5 minutes.
 - 
Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the broth has reduced by half.
 - 
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
 - 
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss until coated in the creamy mushroom sauce.
 - 
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
 - 
Serve hot and enjoy!
