How To Make Lemon Pepper Pasta with Shrimp

Classic lemon pepper pasta dish made even flavorful with crunchy shrimp, spinach, and parmesan cheese for a quick refreshing 30-minute dish.

Preparation: 25 minutes
Cooking: 7 minutes
Total: 32 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 3cupspasta,cavatappi or fusilli, dried uncooked
  • 2Lemon Pepper Saute Express® Saute Starter,squares
  • 1lbmedium shrimp,peeled, deveined, uncooked
  • 6ozfresh baby spinach leaves,(1 package)
  • 1cupparmesan cheese,shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

  2. Melt Saute Express® squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.

  3. Add shrimp.

  4. Saute 5 to 7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add spinach and heat until wilted. Toss in pasta and cheese until coated.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
