How To Make Louise’s Italian Cafe Shrimp Scampi Recipe
Succulent shrimp tossed in garlic, butter, and lemon juice, served with linguine pasta, and garnished with parsley.

Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
Instructions

Cook the linguine pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and olive oil.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.

Add garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds.

Pour in lemon juice, white wine, salt and black pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has slightly reduced.

Serve the cooked shrimp and sauce over the cooked linguine pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley.
