If you’re craving a simple yet vibrant meal, this garlic butter linguine recipe is for you. Pasta tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce with fresh tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 16 oz linguine, cooked
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic , minced
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 pc lemon, juiced
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 pcs bay leaves
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
For Serving:
- Parmesan cheese, Grated
For Garnish:
- parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Toss in the garlic and cook for 2 minutes before adding in the bay leaves, tomato halves, white wine, and lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the mixture with the cooked pasta and toss until pasta is well coated.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Plate and top it off with some shredded parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
- Optional to add more minced garlic as garnish.
