How To Make Easy Leftover Rotisserie Chicken Alfredo

Don’t worry about your leftover rotisserie chicken. Turn it into a pasta dish that maintains the savory and smoky flavor but this time, it’s creamy!

Ingredients

  • 2cupsrotisserie chicken,shredded
  • ½egg noodle,cooked
  • 16ozalfredo sauce
  • cupmilk
  • 2tbspbutter
  • ¼tspsalt
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • ½tsporegano
  • ½tsppoultry seasoning
  • ½tspparsley,dried

Instructions

  1. Boil egg noodles and cook according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.

  2. In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, combine leftover chicken, Alfredo sauce, milk, butter, salt, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, oregano, and parsley flakes. Stir often for about 10 minutes, or until sauce is thick, creamy, and hot.

  3. Serve the chicken alfredo over egg noodles.

  4. Garnish with chopped parsley flakes.
