How To Make Easy Cold Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- dressing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, black olives, feta cheese, and fresh basil.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooked pasta to the vegetables and pour the dressing over the top. Toss to combine.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
