How To Make Cheesy Leek & Spinach Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 leeks, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced leeks and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the leeks are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well with the leek and spinach mixture.

Stir in the grated cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the cheesy leek & spinach pasta hot and enjoy!
