How To Make Celeriac & Comté Fritters

Ingredients
- 1 small celeriac, peeled and grated
- 150g Comté cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine grated celeriac, grated Comté cheese, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Take spoonfuls of the celeriac mixture and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Flatten them slightly with the back of the spoon.

Fry the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Make sure to flip them gently.

Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve the celeriac and Comté fritters hot with a side of salad or a dipping sauce of your choice.
