Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought pie crust
  • 1 red bell pepper, roasted and sliced
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan.

  3. Arrange the roasted red pepper slices and diced ham on top of the crust.

  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the filling.

  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the filling in the tart pan.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
