- 1 store-bought pie crust
- 1 red bell pepper, roasted and sliced
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
