How To Make Superkanja Recipe

Ingredients
- 500g beef, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cups water
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 cup butternut squash, diced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the beef cubes to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.

Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.

Add the carrots, potatoes, cabbage, kale, butternut squash, and green beans to the pot. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.

Cover the pot again and simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until all the vegetables are cooked.
