Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 4 slices of bacon, diced
  • 2 leeks, washed and sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add the sliced leeks and minced garlic. Cook until leeks are tender, about 5 minutes.

  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the leeks and garlic. Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

  5. Stir in the crispy bacon and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
