A flavorful pasta dish with tangy lemon garlic shrimp and bow tie pasta.

Ingredients
- 1 lb bow tie pasta
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions, reserve 1 cup of pasta water, and drain.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic, and cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Add butter and lemon juice to the skillet, and stir until melted and combined well.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet, and toss until coated in the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water to thin it out.

Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top. Serve hot.
