How To Make Mahogany Pork Chops

This pork chops recipe makes a savory molasses-teriyaki marinated dish. The sweet and herby meats are seared for a juicy and succulent pork chop meal.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Marinate Time: 30 minutes
Total: 55 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4tspteriyaki sauce,or marinade
  • 2tspmolasses

Instructions

  1. Mix the teriyaki sauce and molasses in a bowl until well combined, then place pork chops in the mixture. Turn the chops to coat with marinade.

  2. Allow to stand for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.

  4. Cook the pork chops for about 10 minutes per side, until the juices run clear and the chops are browned and no longer pink inside. An instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a chop should read 160 degrees F.
