Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops, ½ inch thick
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 limes, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.

  2. Season pork chops with cumin, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  3. Drizzle oil over the pork chops and rub them in to coat.

  4. Grill pork chops for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  5. Remove from grill and drizzle lime juice over the pork chops.

  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
