How To Make Egg Masala Fry

Hard-boiled eggs are fried in an earthy and musty oil made from the combination of cumin, chili powder, and ground coriander for a flavorful egg masala.

Ingredients

  • 2tbspoil
  • ¼tspmustard seed
  • ¼tspurad dal
  • ¼tspcumin
  • curry leaf,to taste
  • 2tspchili powder
  • 1tbspground coriander
  • salt,to taste
  • 1pinchturmeric
  • 3eggs,hard boiled

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. Once it crackles, add urad dal, jeera, and curry leaves.

  2. Add chilli powder, daniya powder, salt and turmeric and mix.

  3. Cut the boiled eggs in half and add it to the masala and let it cook on low heat for a few minutes. Flip the eggs carefully and cook the other side too.

  4. Make sure the eggs are coated well on both sides with the masala. Turn off heat.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
