Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 slices of bacon
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, bell pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a greased baking sheet.

Arrange the bacon slices over the top of the loaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
