  • 1.5 lbs ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.

  4. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  5. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
