  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf shape.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
