  • 1 bunch of radish greens
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the radish greens thoroughly and remove any tough stems.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the radish greens to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until wilted and tender.

  4. Season with salt to taste.

  5. Remove from heat and serve as a nutritious side dish.
