Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, milk, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.

While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.

Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to the saucepan with the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
