  • 500g minced lamb
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  1. In a large bowl, mix together the minced lamb, cooked lentils, onion, garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs.

  2. Shape the mixture into patties using your hands.

  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite sides or in a burger bun.
