Ingredients

  • 4 tartlet shells
  • 100g goat’s cheese
  • 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Place the tartlet shells on a baking sheet.

  3. Crumble the goat’s cheese into the tartlet shells.

  4. Top each tartlet with 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the tartlet shells are golden and the cheese is melted.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

  7. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
