- 4 tartlet shells
- 100g goat’s cheese
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the tartlet shells on a baking sheet.

Crumble the goat’s cheese into the tartlet shells.

Top each tartlet with 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the tartlet shells are golden and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
