- 1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 4 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup honey
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the baguette rounds on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until they are lightly golden.

Remove the toasted baguette rounds from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Top each baguette round with a few slices of pear and sprinkle with crumbled gorgonzola cheese.

Drizzle honey over the pear and cheese-topped baguette rounds.

Place the crostini back in the oven for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
