Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of leftover lamb, shredded
  • 1 cup of lentils, rinsed and drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Cook until soft.

  2. Add shredded lamb, lentils, chicken broth, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
