How To Make Homemade Lamb Sausage Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, coriander, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
