Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, coriander, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the lamb patties to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
