How To Make Honey-roast confit of duck recipe

Ingredients
- 4 duck legs
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Rub the duck legs with salt and black pepper. Place them in a baking dish with thyme and garlic.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 2 hours.

Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).

In a small bowl, mix honey and olive oil. Brush the honey mixture over the duck legs.

Roast uncovered for another 15-20 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden.

Serve the honey-roast confit of duck with your favorite side dishes.
