  • 4 oz butter softened
  • 3 tbsp basil chopped
  • 2 tbsp oregano chopped
  • 1 tsp ground pepper


  1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter together with the basil, oregano and ground pepper.

  2. Once the ingredients are well mixed, spread the butter mixture on a wax paper sheet.

  3. Roll it up into a log and let it re-solidify in the freezer for 30 minutes.
