How To Make Lamb Pizza Pies

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 pre-made small pizza crusts (about 6 inches in diameter)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a skillet, brown the ground lamb over medium heat, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

Add the diced onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the cooked lamb. Sauté for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Spread marinara sauce evenly over each pizza crust.

Divide the lamb and vegetable mixture among the pizza crusts, spreading it evenly over the sauce.

Top each pizza with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Place the pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
