- 4 ripe bananas, frozen
- 1 cup peanut brittle, crushed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

In a blender or food processor, blend the frozen bananas until smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.
