  • 4 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup peanut brittle, crushed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend the frozen bananas until smooth and creamy.

  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  3. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.
