Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) of lentils, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) of diced tomatoes
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions

In a crockpot, combine lentils, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, garlic, tomato paste, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
