How To Make Leftover Lamb and Mint Sauce Sandwich Recipe

A delicious sandwich made with leftover lamb and mint sauce.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 2 cups of leftover lamb, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of mint sauce
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp of butter

Instructions

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

  2. On the other side of 4 slices of bread, spread 1 tbsp of mint sauce.

  3. Add sliced lamb on top of the mint sauce.

  4. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the lamb.

  5. Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter side facing out.

  6. Heat a pan over medium heat.

  7. Place the sandwiches on the pan and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
