How To Make Leftover Lamb Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups leftover lamb, shredded
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add onion and bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Add garlic and cook for another minute.

  4. Add lamb and cook until heated through.

  5. Add rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and peas. Stir until combined.

  6. Push the rice mixture to the sides of the pan, add the beaten eggs in the center and scramble.

  7. Mix everything together until the eggs are cooked through.

  8. Serve hot.
