- 1lbItalian sausage
- ½small onion,diced
- 3ozfrozen spinach
- 28ozdiced tomatoes,canned, with juice
- 8ozcream cheese,cubed
- 1tspItalian seasoning
- 16oztortellini,frozen
- 3cupschicken broth
- ¼cuptomato paste
- ¼cupparmesan cheese,optional
Instructions

Brown the sausage and onion until no pink remains. Drain any fat from browning.

Place the sausage, onions, spinach, tomatoes, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, tortellini, chicken broth, and tomato paste in a 6-quart crockpot.

Cook for 2½ to 3½ hours on Low.

Once cooked through, stir until the sauce is smooth.
