- 1 lb. cheese tortellini
- 1/3 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.

Drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water.

In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add pesto, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and garlic powder to the pan. Stir in the reserved pasta cooking water.
