  • 16 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.

  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  3. Add in the heavy cream and garlic powder, stirring constantly until heated through.

  4. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
