- ½lbbrussels sprouts,trimmed and halved lengthwise
- 2tbspolive oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions

Toss the Brussels sprouts with the oil, salt, and pepper and place in a small pan.

Preheat broiler to medium heat.

Place the pan under the broiler and brown the tops of the sprouts for about 5 minutes.

Place the Brussels sprouts in the oven at 375 degrees F until nicely browned on the bottom.
