Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Marmite
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and Marmite.

  3. Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and drizzle them with the Marmite butter mixture. Toss until well coated.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are charred and tender.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
