How To Make Richard Blais’s Pork Belly Recipe
This is a crispy and savory pork belly recipe with a maple glaze and crispy Brussels sprouts.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork belly, skin-on
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325F.

Season pork belly generously with salt and pepper.

Place pork belly skin side up on a wire rack over a baking sheet.

Roast pork belly for 1.5 to 2 hours, until crispy and cooked through.

In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
