Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they start to brown.

Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to coat the sprouts with the cream.

Cover the skillet and simmer for 10-12 minutes, until the sprouts are tender.
