How To Make Blackened Salmon Fillets Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
